In my practice, I work from an eclectic approach, integrating interventions from various therapeutic theories in order to customize a treatment plan that is unique to each client's specific needs. In doing so I am able to meet each individual where they currently are and work towards therapeutic goals in a way that is effective and beneficial for each client.

At Mindful Living Therapy, we work with Individuals struggling with a variety of issues, including but not limited to, Anger Management, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Identity Issues, Relationship Issues, Self-Confidence and
Self-Worth, Stress Management, and Trauma.
