EMDR

Core beliefs are the beliefs that we develop, starting in childhood, regarding ourselves, others and the world around us. Through adverse life experiences, some of these beliefs can often become unhelpful and irrational, holding us back from moving forward in life in the healthiest way or from becoming the best version of our selves.

Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a scientific based therapeutic theory in which these negative core beliefs are challenged and altered through the use of bilateral stimulations. 

EMDR is especially beneficial and effective in treating trauma and anxiety.
